Harvey Milk Memorial Candlelight March/Vigil – Held on the anniversary of gay activist Harvey Milk’s assassination, November 27, 1978. Attendees gather at sunset (typically 7 PM) at Harvey Milk Plaza and bring candles and flowers, recreating the march held on the night of Harvey’s death and listening to public speakers discuss Harvey’s life and legacy.
